Full Service Planning

$250

• Fee includes a fully researched bespoke proposal including change rounds.
• Booking of all accommodations,  transportation, trains, rental cars, guides, and activities, which will be packaged in a day-by-day itinerary.
• Planning fee will be assessed at time of signing planning agreement.
• Trips departing within 4-weeks, trips with high complexity (such as large group trips), and trips exceeding three rounds of changes may be subject to additional planning fees.

Concierge Only

$100+

Concierge fees are assessed on a case by case basis beginning at $100. Fees are assessed based on the complexity of the request. Please contact victoria@victoriaontour.com directly to discuss your needs. 

Air Ticketing

$45 per person fee for issuing tickets
